Birdwatching at Canet Plage

A birdwatching trip to Canet Plage led by Steve Lanchbury. Among other birds we hope to see Osprey, Water Rail, Wheatear, Iberian Green Woodpecker and several species of waders.

There is no charge but please register using the online registration. Places will be offered on a first come first served basis (min 4, max 10). Priority will be given to VEEM members.  A waiting list will be maintained. 

Detailed directions for meeting will be sent to those registered a few days before the event. 

If you have binoculars, please bring them but a spare pair will be available. Bring your own picnic for the lunch stop.

The early start is because birds are most active in the morning. Please do not bring dogs as this disturbs the birds.
